The course develops skills for management of innovation within organization, including both start-ups, SMEs, and large-sized companies. Topics cover the whole innovation process: from idea generation to its development and deployment, through intermediary steps, e.g. business modeling, market analysis, research and development, prototyping, pilot test in the market, and so on. Legal and strategic solutions to protect the competitive advantage against imitation and infringements are discussed. 
The course provides cross-industry contents, though a special emphasis goes to: Digital business, Life Sciences, Advance Manufacturing.

Interactive activities and exercises are key part of this course. In particular, a special attention goes to teamworks for the development of a Business Plan for new ventures and innovative projects.


Moreover, the calendar also shows  Guest Lecturers, including entrepreneurs, senior managers, scholars from foreign universities (see below).
